I want to try this German Cheese Cake recipe German cheese cake made with quark
Has anyone here made it? Unfortunately, the author, Floridagirl hasn't posted here since September 2008.
First question: It says to use "65g / 1/2 stick unsaltetd butter". Is that enough butter for the "200g / 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour" in the crust?
Second question: It says, "Bake for 1 - 1,5 hours at 160C / 320F." How do I know when it's ready?
I will probably use all metric measure, but I for sure won't be mixing U.S. and metric measure. I have been making quark for a few months now, so I don't need any help with that.
