I was wondering the same thing. I was also wondering if they are truly non-stick. That's their whole selling point. They are non-stick and not harmful at high tempuratures. I have looked at the comments on the HSN website and they are very mixed. Would love to hear if anyone tries them. All I really like to have in non-stick is a skillet. I don't even use that much.
There's currently a thread about this cookware on the Cooking and Dining forum on QVC. Some people like it, but others have major complaints, some regarding food burning. One poster, who seems quite knowledgeable and claims to be a trained chef, says that the cookware is lightweight and not for the "serious" cook.
