I'm really getting into smoking pork (mostly ribs). I have a gig this weekend that I'm doing ribs and ABTs for about 30 people. I've got a Bradley digital smoker that I've been using for about 2 years. (I know....kinda like using a microwave in a fine restaraunt). To me, it's all in the prep work (brining / seasoning, etc.)
I'm just going to do the ABT's on the grill and not smoke them (not sure I have time).
