Grilled up some legs and thighs tonight; marineated for 6 hours Chiavettas Marinade and then rubbed with Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin, using some Head Country sauce; made 5 of Wittdog's famous Stuffed Tomatoes (recipe in Sides Section); and a nice green salad is about as healthy as it's gonna get for the rest of the week.
