This has probably been posted alot, but it was so good, I had to post it. The grill adds a different flavor to the crust that I love. Like most of our cooking this was a joint effort with the better half. Made and pressed out the dough. put it on the grill on high heat for a few minutes, then flipped for a couple of minutes. Took off and added the toppings - pic. Put back on over indirect heat and baked until veggies were soft. Careful not to burn bottom of crust. If it's getting too brown, remove and put under oven broiler to finish veggies.
