New to this. Think it's pretty cool. Seems like a good bounty of cooks and cooking knowledge. I've currently been honing my croissant/pastry skills. I'm mostly seasoned in grill/sautee areas. Been cooking in a French restaurant for over 10 years, so I'm also trying to expand into Italian, Indian, and Asian cooking. Would love any ideas/recipes in those areas. I am also full of information on basic cooking and specific French dishes if anyone needs it. Hope to meet some good people and cooks here.
