Thought I'd say hi! :)
(I'm kinda new. Registered a while ago, but not very active.)

I'm a housewife baking enthusiast, living in Texas.
I was born to teach americans to stop making crappy cakes from a box and other dry pressed sawdust commonly stirred together.

Don't have any professional training, but I have worked in a kitchen before.

Anyways, it's May now, and I'm already preparing for the christmas baking. I try to make at least 7 kinds of cookies, and then ofc comes caramel, yeast pastries, caramelized nuts, ice cream/parfait, beer brewing, candy etc.
Really looking forward to start the baking in october!

When I don't bake I usually have a Corona and eat some cauliflower, as I am on a life long constant diet consisting of Corona, cauliflower and cakes.

Luckily the weather in Texas is always suitable for a beer outside!
Hoping to make everyone from the north jealous ;)

Had to check the weather, and it's gonna be between 91 and 93 the next 7 days. Yeeea
