Hi There! I'm new to this site, and can't believe I didn't stumble on it before! Anyway, I'm no expert and love trying new things, so I figured this would be a great place to ask questions and gather new advice. I'm really into trying new flavor combinations, especially with common foods (like burgers, for instance ), but I'm also a huge fan of the swine (in fact, today I'm smoking some on applewood and getting hungry just thinking about it!) I'm looking forward to using the forum! Thanks a bunch!!!

Welcome Burger Babe! I am new too, and loving it so far. Just from reading for a few hours, I have learned so much! I like pairing foods too, especially now that I learned how to can and preserve. Having some chutney on hand to go with pork is always delicious!!! :]
