Go to Costco, or BJ's, every two months or so.
Occasionally will make a treck to the Asian food or Hispanic markets.
In between, we hit the supermarkets (there are two about ten miles or so from where we live, everything else is very far).
Fortunately, the supermarkets do stock fairly upscale stuff (there are many people around here who own many acres of land and have a lot of money).
But can still find chicken hindquarters on sale for 49 cents a pound.
Cut them up, cook the thighs (our favorite part of the chicken), and use the drumsticks for stock (do not like those critters).
Wish we were closer to stores, and would love a real butcher, but we love the shrubbery.
