A Pastry Chef/Instructor at the culinary school I attended just won $50 million on a local lottery. I couldn't be happier for him. He pretended to be really gruff but had a super kind heart inside. Any extra minute I had I was in his kitchen next door asking questions and bringing in things I had made at home for critique. I registered for pastry but because of my knee I was never able to attend. He left the school a couple of years later.
