Newbie from SE Ontario

I found this list looking for the fineline difference between the terms hotdish and casserole...I love to cook and garden. I have a 2000 sq.ft.+ garden in the summer--grow heritage tomoatoes, eggplant, peppers, squash, corn, beans, potatoes, peas, swiss chard, kale, asian veggies, leeks, onions, garlic...cabbage, and the list goes on.
