My son can't have milk and I want to remove the chocolate candies out of his advent calendar and replace it with chocolate that does not have the many allergens that bother him. I can't seem to find a basic recipe online. I would just melt down some carob but nobody in my small town carries it. I can make the proper substitutions, I just need a recipe, and one that doesn't require tempering. I just want to dump the stuff in the mold and let it harden. Could someone please post a recipe and directions. Post it just like it is, milk and all. I'm getting really good at adapting recipes for my son.
