ISO of Persimmon Muffin Recipe

I have some frozen persimmon pulp and would like to make muffins. I have used the pulp for persimmon bread and could possibly adapt it to muffins, but was wondering if anyone has a TNT recipe for persimmon muffins that I could try. Thanks for any help!
