Washing Up
I have two families to cook for tonight, my clients and then my family. The client has requested that I make a cinco de mayo feast that centers on a big plate of shrimp enchiladas. This will be a fist for me. She wants it to be in a chile verde sauce. She can't have garlic so I have to omit that from any recipe. I'll be using some precooked frozen shrimp she's left out for me. The rest is up in the air. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The sooner the better too!!
