Have you any particular use for this?
Here is absolute Holiday, no one is working, all is closed, and, generally, everybodiy is out of towns, on beaches or mountains. For the poor people remaining in town, many restaurants have a particular menu.
I'm in Milano till 18, and this is the menu of the restaurant I've booked for Aug.15. (I hope to use the correct words)

....smoked salmon tartare, with aneto and lime
....mazzancolla (seafood similar to scampi) rose sauce and onion herb
....Slightly hotted capasanta (or scallops) with balsamic vinegar

....veggies pie with tomato sauce and oregano

..Rigatoni with fresh tomatoes, basil and buffalo mozzarella
