Besides word of mouth this is my only form of advertising. So far it has been working well for me. Thanks for your opinion.

I think I'd put some breaks in that huge paragraph.

People in general tend to either skip through a "dense" post
or not read it at all

Throw some breaks in there and maybe take the time to grab
some of your best photos from your album and add them in
the ad too.

pretty good, but sell the sizzle more..

instead of starting with "I'll help you cater etc," go with something
like "Catering that leaves everyone astounded, fabulous food at
amazing prices!"

If it were me I wouldn't include pics of raw meat. But the other pics are a lot of fun - especially the cooks with your big cooker. The kettle grill shots looked a little "back yard" for a professional caterer's shots - but some people like that sort of thing.
