I helped open a pizza restaurant in '05-the owners bought a new gas deck oven-it revolved-once we all got used to sliding the pies while the decks were moving we were fine-easy maintanence-2 sides to open the door...best of luck!!!...Vegas has a big Pizza food show each year...my advice...go.
