I discovered this forum completely by accident and am looking forward to reading what all have to say. I have an unfortunate tendency to lurk but I'll pop up and talk every once in a while. I'm always in search of new recipes. And right now, with the doctor telling me I need to get my cholesterol down, I'm in continual search of healthy recipes.
