Took my leftover pork chops, along with the leftover chicken. Chopped up a few scallions and jalepenos. Mixed it up with some ceddar cheese and some salsa verde. Threw it into some tortilas with some re-fried beans. Covered with enchilada sauce and more cheese and into a 350* oven for 30 minutes.

Would it be ok to call it New Yawk Style Enchiladas just for the benefit of us Tex-Mex type folks? Thanks. Just trying to figger out where to plug it into the recipe data base.
