This is the recipe I use for my pizza crusts. I believe Got Garlic first posted the link several months ago. Since I tried it, I think I will never try any other recipe for pizza crusts. This recipe calls for 6 1/2 cups flour. I made this recipe a few days ago and realized I was out of white flour, so I used 5 cups King Arthur Traditional Whole Wheat flour and 1 cup semolina flour. I usually use 5 cups KA ww flour with one cup unbleached KA white flour, Currently I am making 3 crusts out of this recipe and keeping the dough in the frig until I am ready to make the latter pizzas.
