Does anyone have a good recipe for making Pizzellas? I heard there are two different kinds?

Anise Pizzelles

3 Eggs
¾ C Sugar
½ C Corn Oil
2 tsp Anise Extract
2 tsp Baking Powder
1¾ C Flour

Beat the eggs and sugar together.
Add the oil and anise and mix.

Sift the flour and baking powder together and mix it into the egg mixture.
The batter will be thick enough to be dropped by a spoon. It may be refrigerated for later use.

NOTE: You can also use almond extract in place of the anise.

Hey Josie, thanks Andy i'll try it out. I found a youtube video that was interesting. She uses nutella inside the pizzella.

These were for the thin style, not the thicker one I have heard about. Thank you guys! Happy cooking.
