Please recommend a book on Canning and preserving

Hey everybody I just bought a 5 gallon pressure canner and after eating some of my friends bottled moose I'm hooked and I want to start making my own bottled meat
can anybody recommend a good cheap thorough book on canning with all the safety instructions and the whole process from start to finish I'd really appreciate it thank you
