Ratatouille on the grill to get a head start


Pork loin marinated in Mr. Dash Southwest Chipotle marinade and seasoned with the same flavor rub. finished indirect. Potatoes added to the grill also

Looks amazing as usual V. I've never seen anyone use that type of dish you used for the ratatouille directly on a grill. How did that work out?
 
I like to look at a finished dish and figure out the ingredients and technique. Your ratatouille fascinates me, I'm seeing bell pepper, zucchini (yellow and green), eggplant and I'm guessing garlic and olive oil along with kosher salt. How close am I? That the ratatouille turned out better than you expected makes me curious, what made it so tasty?
