Sometimes folks wan't an old style lookin sausage to give as gifts. So I started playin round a bit on some summer sausage I was doin fer New Years.
Netting one needs ta be tighter, or get the Hukki type casin (but thats expensive!) the tied one came out real well. Bit time consumin but does give a unique appearence. The sausage tastes mighty fine to!
