I went to a Circle K for this item as this is supposed to be an exclusive flavor just to Circle K.
For me to even get to a Circle K I have to drive out to an area that I rarely go to. Not many close to where I live.
I walked around the inside of the place and get over to the fountain machines to get the drink. I took the medium cup for 79 cents and fully loaded it with the soda only.
They only had like 2 left in bottles. It was buy 2 and get one free on the cardboard display though.
They had this so called high tech machine to scan what I was buying and could not tell a large from a medium so I had to another spot to check out.
The soda is certainly a purple colored Mountain dew. I would say it had a plum flavor finish in the end while still tasting like Mountain Dew up front.
In the end I give this version of Mountain Dew a medium sized thumbs up.
