For mother's day I smoked up a few racks of rib and grill some portabellos. Thanks for all the help with the portabellos guys they turned out great. The ribs were smoked over apple and oak, given a mustard glaze at the end.
The first nights meal I put some oil, salt and pepper and tossed them on the grill with some steaks. On sunday I marinated them in italian dressing and made those pizza things out of them. On monday I marinated them in dressing again the just melted some chesse over them. These were the first times I had them and I loved them.
