BBQ'd Alligator Wings, Grilled Frog Legs, Grilled Shrimp, New Orleans Barbecued Shrimp, Char Grilled Oysters, Boudin and Crawfish & Gruyere Cheese ABTs

WTH are Alligator Wings?

Alligator wings are the front legs of the alligator. These must have been young gators. Sort of look like chicken wings but they come with no skin on them. Pretty good too!
