Southwest Ranch Beans


3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 pound of lean ground meat
1 large can of Ranch style beans
1 large can of Pork & Beans
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes
½ cup of brown sugar
¼ cup of Soy Sauce.


Start the heating process of a 12 inch deep Dutch Oven. When the pot is heated, add the olive oil to the bottom and saute the onions. After the onions have turned clear, add the chopped garlic. Next, add the meat and brown. Then add the two cans of beans and the can of Rotel Tomatoes. Mix well. Add the brown sugar and Soy Sauce.

Bake at 325 degrees for at least one hour using 9 coals on the bottom and 15 on the lid.
