Well folks its a balmy 17 below zero taday with a 100% chance of pork butts.

So it's a nother brisk day here in the holler, had a pork butt layin round so figure might as well get that done. Sides, stock is gettin low!

Wow that sounds cold. Glad you heating up the air a little before it moves down here into God's Country. They are claiming we are supposed to get into the teens toward the end of the week. Good old pushed pork sandwich would taste mighty good right now. Keep up the good work young man.
