cream gravy, pan gravy, milk gravy, all pretty much the same --GOOD EATS! ANd yews it works with ckicken fried steak, and pork chops (luv them that way) meat balls, sausage, chipped beef, spiced up hamburger, you name it. Quite often a simple and economical way to stretch a meal. Over toast, over waffles, over a baked potato, rice, whatever.
