The postman was nice enough to break a bottle of balsamic/fig vinaigrette, so these were marinating when I opened it. But nothing a quick rinse off won't fix (made the label fall off but thats no big deal). I'm really excited to use the sauce and the beans will get cooked tomorrow.

You don't need to do that, it's not your fault the mailman broke it. I'm sure it broke when it hit my porch because when I picked it up the box was fine, it was soaked by the time I rinsed off the other stuff (I must have just missed him). The rest of my mail wasn't in my mailbox either, it was just sitting on the ground next to it. I think the guy either hates me, or was really rushed that day.
