Marinated the veal porterhouse's in Zesty Italian Dressing, little extra EVOO, lot's of extra garlic, onion, oregano and black pepper!
Also made some tomatoes to roast with Virginia Ham, garlic, salt, pepper, mozzarella and a little drizzle of EVOO.
Dinner is ready! Served with some Kashi.
