The Weather Outside Is Frightful But I Needed A Steak

The first winter blast of 2009 is making it's way across the US but I had to eat. Some quick strip steaks with simple salt,pepper and garlic over some hot lump did the trick. A baked potato with some sliced onion and garlic bread rounded it out.

On the hot grill:
