Here ( I hope) are some pictures from this weekends cook. Everything is packaged and frozen for next Thursday at a golf tournament. At the club I'll cook 60 slabs of spares to go with the 12 buts and 6 briskets. It's a good job and it pays for the rest of the competition season for me.
