This makes 4 servings to put on toast triangles We love it and have it often. simmer 1 lb. of sliced mushrooms in butter about 6 Tablespoons 1 cup dry sherry til liquid is almost evaporated. Add 1/4 cup brandy heat and ignite. Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream add dash salt pour over mushrooms. and serve over the toast triangles as your first course. enjoy these they are yummy.
