This Turkish eggs recipe was an unexpected treat for me. I feel like I've seen and done everything at my age, so you can hardly comprehend my shock at tracking down a better approach to plan eggs. I couldn't have ever remembered to coordinate yogurt with poached eggs and zesty red pepper spread, yet it very well may be my new most loved breakfast. Broiled eggs additionally work in this, in any case you like them. Present with toasted dry bread for plunging.

Yogurt Spread:

1 clove garlic

½ teaspoon newly ground dark pepper

¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste (Discretionary)

1 squeeze cayenne pepper

2 ½ tablespoons finely slashed new dill, or to taste

Aleppo Spread:

½ stick unsalted margarine

1 tablespoon Aleppo bean stew pieces

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Parsley and Jalapeño Oil (discretionary):

1 tablespoon cleaved new parsley

1 tablespoon diced jalapeno pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil (Discretionary)

1 squeeze salt (Discretionary)

Poached Eggs:
