Right now I'm planning my Valentines day menu.

I'm thinking of a 3 course meal. My girlfriend is on dessert duty.

Mussels with White Wine
Citrus Pesto Swordfish
Mushroom Risotto?

The basic premise is going to be a seafood based meal. The mussels are a definite, but I'm open to a different kind of fish and side dish.

Any thoughts?

Your menu sounds lovely...A salad of mixed baby greens with just some home made garlic crutons and avocado with a dressing of evoo, lemon and it's zest and a touch of honey....a crisp cold white wine
Happy eating Asparagus in phylo might be a good side..
