We had smoked pork sausages (AKA, hot dogs) from Les Viandes Bio de Charlevoix. Had them with hot dog buns, mustard (yellow for DH, seedy Dijon for me), sliced onion, and sliced pickles. I also made some coleslaw to go with that.
