Went to Viet Ho Market today

Me and my neighbor went to the Viet Ho Market today. I just so happened to have my camera in pocket. They had alot of really cool stuff in there. My neighbor got somthin called Beef tender. It was under $3 bucks a pound but looked and felt like Beef tenderloin. There beef tender loins were $3 sumthin a lb. Not sure it was CAB but holy crap did I wish I had and extra $20. (Maybe someone will have input on that)...... Here is what I found. Im goin back to get some if they'll cut em up for me. I've never had them before.

Those frogs would make some awesome fried legs. I like em wrapped in bacon and batter and fry the whole thing...but thats another item on the wife's "will not eat" list

They say they taste like chicken! When I'm in the mood for something that tastes like chicken, I cook some CHICKEN!!!!

Frog legs taste nothing like chicken to me. They taste very swampy and nasty. I'll eat almost anything and I couldn't eat a whole leg! Yuck!
