For Christmas we bought a huge slab of filet mignon, and cut it into individual steaks and grilled it. All the leftover small bits and pieces I threw in a bag and froze it. What's a good recipe for these leftover pieces of meat? I was thinking of sauteing them with something, but thought maybe people here would have some good ideas.
