I went to a cooking class called Chef's Table at a local specialty shop. It was quite delicious. We started with herbed whipped goat cheese another kind of cheese (don't have my notes with me), then a turnip salad and pork chops with rutabaga. Carrot cake with sorghum syrup and frosting made with fresh ricotta instead of cream cheese. Delish!
Sounds like a fun time GG...I'll guess it was a cheese shop of some sort?
Personally, I can't tolerate goat cheese or ricotta so the evening would have been lost on me however. Thanks for the pictures!
