What's on the menu Sunday 08/15/10

At the .40 compound we have guests over for dinner.

Tonight's menu:
Mixed Smoker w/Turkey breast, Pork Chops, and Sausages
Glamorous Glennis Potatoes
Green Beans
Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler
Homemade Oatmeal Sourdough Bread

Oh boy, I'd love to have some of that cobbler .40 !!

I forgot to tell you I did your Glamorous Glennis Potatoes the other nite and they were a big HIT!!

I'm just doing something to some boneless skinless breasts tonight....maybe fry them up with Panko. I don't feel very creative today, besides I'm in the middle of a book that's hard to put down.
Steamed broccoli, some sliced tomatoes, and that's it I think.

Hey 40 that sounds fantastic!!

Cheese and green onion omelet topped with Mexican blend shredded cheese, green onions and salsa. Sides were homemade guacamole, salsa, pan fried baby red and Yukon gold potatoes and green onions.

40 Clove chicken, baby new potatoes, greek salad and green salad for those who don't like greek. Dessert will be saskatoon pie with optional vanilla ice cream. I'm thinking about steaming some yellow beans too, but I'm being lazy and conserving my energy for the dill pickles I have on the go.
