I made a thick red sauce with fresh tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and vegetable broth (for my no-fat diet). I fried up some Italian sausage for TB and added it to his sauce over gluten free noodles. I had regular noodles.

I served it with green salad and some gluten free toast.
 
Must-goes in our house. We did some running around on this cold day and there wasn't much cooking time when we got home. On the plus side, apparently no one goes out shopping when the temps are in the single digits.
 
I ended up finishing up the ribs from the previous night. They were just sitting there on a plate tempting me every time I opened the refrigerator door, so poof, they were gone. I better get to tha taco meat tonight.
