Well I ran into some of this stuff at the market yesterday, lookin for some rub for the cue. JB mentions this stuff all the time, so I had to get some.
Brisket smoked for 8 hours, even hotter than I'd like, and she turned out freakin excellent.
I love this stuff. My buddy loves this stuff. His word was "addictive" and he's pretty choosey. My own rub didn't have salt nor sugar in it, so this is a nice departure.
If there's any other rubs you think I should try, I'll see how I can get some of them.
