I'll be making lasagna today. And I just found out from the newsletter that Jully is Lasagna Awareness Month.

We're having a real family favorite tonite - Clam Linguine with a loaf of Sourdough. Might grill up some fruit also!

I got very meaty lamb bones on sale the other day. I found this recipe for Basque Stew that I made for tonight - sooooo yummy. Mashed potatoes & broccoli on the side.
The kids will have the last of the garlic-chili marinated pork from Sunday, mac & cheese, & broccoli.

It's so hot and humid here, i'm grilling chops, sweet potatoes, and zucchini. Caprese salad. Still have lots of fresh berries from the market, with lemon curd or ice cream or whipped cream, or maybe just plain .

Last night I just steamed some mussels in a little white wine & served them with melted lemon-butter & a green salad. Something about this horrible hot weather brings out the "seafood" in me. . .
