Dinner Wednesday, 7-17-2019 ~ National Hot Dog Day

Was at the wedding last night. Totally unimpressed with food I left and went across the street and got me a milk shake. Ok I know probably all of you will think I am a nut. But here the the catch, I was in NY, we have no place to get Kosher milk shake in MN. That was a treat.

I will. I had some batter leftover (over estimated volume of the pan I used when I cut recipe down) and I want to play with it a bit. Craig liked it, but I thought it needed something.

We had a corporate outing yesterday so I actually did have a hot dog along with a lobster. It was hot and humid so it was nice to go into the pool.

My favorite hot dog is a local brand called Pearl. It's slightly spicy but good. Called the Kountry Klub frank.
