Tonight's dinner was a pan roasted chicken thigh, pilaf and peas.

I was craving fried chicken so I fried up a couple of chicken thighs. Made some southern cream gravy and made a bunch of mashed taters. Finished off the last of the fresh strawberry crumble for dessert. Both of us were happy and sated. Best of all, there was a little gravy left so I can have some gravy bread for lunch tomorrow. Yum.

We had garlic butter shrimp on Alfredo linguini. Garlic sticks and a green salad completed the meal.

Butterscotch pudding was dessert.
