Sunday dinner, May 30, 2021?

Was going to make corn tortillas, but I decided to skip that so used some ready made flour ones we had. Tacos al Pastor with pineapple, red bell, red onion, jalapeno salsa.

Tonight we had ACS for dinner. I had no elbows so we had to make do with small shells.

No elbows, Andy? Must have been hard stirring the pot with straight arms...

I cooked to the weather today and it feels like autumn. We had baked ham, roasted cauliflower, mashed butternut squash, and fresh off the cob corn.

We had bratwurst on the grill. Heated the hot dog buns on the little shelf over the grill. It was raining lightly, but DH did the cooking so I didn't get wet. I made some potato salad to go with the supper. One of these days I have to learn to make hot dog buns, so we can have some that are whole grain.

DH's first serving, under some yummy sauerkraut:

We had leftovers from last night: Pastitsio, Grape Leaves, etc.

This morning, Frank made a tradition Dominican breakfast with mangu, Dominican sausage, and scrambled eggs.

It is unusually chilly yesterday, so I made pasta with Italian sausage and tomato sauce, salad and garlic bread.
