Was going to make corn tortillas, but I decided to skip that so used some ready made flour ones we had. Tacos al Pastor with pineapple, red bell, red onion, jalapeno salsa.

I cooked to the weather today and it feels like autumn. We had baked ham, roasted cauliflower, mashed butternut squash, and fresh off the cob corn.

We had bratwurst on the grill. Heated the hot dog buns on the little shelf over the grill. It was raining lightly, but DH did the cooking so I didn't get wet. I made some potato salad to go with the supper. One of these days I have to learn to make hot dog buns, so we can have some that are whole grain.

We had leftovers from last night: Pastitsio, Grape Leaves, etc.

This morning, Frank made a tradition Dominican breakfast with mangu, Dominican sausage, and scrambled eggs.

Tonight was Appy night. Shrimp Cocktail, Stuffed Mushrooms, Air fryed breaded cauliflower and chicken wings.
 
It is unusually chilly yesterday, so I made pasta with Italian sausage and tomato sauce, salad and garlic bread.
