Thursday, 9/29 What's Cooking?

I had a salad. I didn't get hungry until around 9:00 and didn't feel like starting even a quick sauce then, so I grabbed the bowl from the fridge that held the leftover fixings from my Mediterranean wraps the other night and added more lettuce, some pepperjack cheese and Texas Toast croutons to it. The leftover capers and onions tarter sauce was my dressing.
